Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client requests by responding to email and phone inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Develop rapport with VIP clients
  • Research and resolve issues
  • Work closely across multiple internal departments
  • Document and manage client communication
  • Manage information in CRM(Salesforce)
  • Work with product managers to communicate client challenges and issues
  • Manage all customer service related inquiries until client is fully satisfied

Qualifications:

  • Experience onboarding, upselling and retaining clients
  • Currently manage a portfolio of 50 or more clients
  • Understand a KPI driven environment
  • Strong interest in technology
  • College Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Upbeat, positive attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Mac and Windows Office
