We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and service-oriented Assistant Community Manager for one of the best new co-working spaces in Brooklyn.

The space is located in one of the fastest growing and easily accessible areas of Brooklyn and is located close to breweries, restaurants, cafes, and museums.   We offer exceptional perks, in addition to competitive health insurance offerings, we also pay for gym memberships, recreational travel reimbursement and exciting company- sponsored events.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tours to potential customers, showing all of the features and benefits of the space
  • Assist members with move-in/move-out needs
  • Help execute member events to galvanize the sense of community within the space
  • Ensure space is meticulously maintained
  • Work with facilities to resolve any HVAC and building related issues
  • Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies when needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in the co-working, hospitality, retail, or other relevant industries
  • 4-year college degree
  • Customer service focused
  • Resourceful, creative, and responsible
