Don’t F#@k up the Feng Shui   standard

Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese practice of arranging physical objects to attract positive energy. Most working Americans spend on average 49hrs per week working. Practicing proper Feng Shui in your work space will not only increase your productivity but also enhance your happiness in the process. Here’s a few tips on how NOT to F#@k up the Feng Shui. To attract wealth and prosperity think green! On the left corner of your work space is the perfect place for a plant. A plant is living, growing and helps you breath. You are sure to come to life with a healthy green plant close by.   If it’s loving that you seek, on the right corner of your work space ...

Work & Vacay – Best of Both Worlds! standard

All work and no fun?  Time for a vacation, but still need to work?  Here’s how to balance and get the best of both worlds! As Americans we work hard and we work a lot.  According to CNN Money, Americans work longer work-weeks than any other industrialized nation.  We also have less vacation time to take.  CNN states that “U.S. workers got about 15 days off in the past year and took 14 days, according to a 2014 Expedia.com survey. Europeans are given an average of 28 days, while workers in the Asia-Pacific receive 19.” http://money.cnn.com/2015/07/09/news/economy/americans-work-bush/ So why not get the best of both worlds?  Why not combine a work week with vacation? Thoughts on Diversity and Inclusion in New York City standard

This morning we had the opportunity to attend an excellent event hosted by City and State Publication on Diversity and Inclusion in the public sector within New York City and New York State.  Listening to Hakeem Jeffries, Alphonso David, and Melissa Mark-Viverito, among many others, discuss topics relating to economic, employment, and social inequality among minorities and women was a motivational reminder to continue the work Prospect Placement strives for every day.  Utilizing recruitment tactics designed to reduce unconscious bias throughout the interview process and working with our clients to create meaningful, inclusive professional environments for their employees are a fundamental basic of Prospect Placement.   Thank you for a great event today and we look forward to many more!

Meek Mill, Prospect’s got you standard

Jobs Meek Mill Could Do Next Robert Rahmeek Williams better known as Meek Mill began his career as a battle rapper in the streets of Philadelphia. At that time one would think twice before engaging into a war of words with Meek Mill as he won rap battle after rap battle. Which makes the present scenario he is in that much more puzzling. At the height of his career and after beginning a relationship with none other than Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill went on a twitter tirade calling out none other than hip hop heavyweight Drake. Meek Mill accused Drake of using a ghostwriter which is a big no-no in the Hip Hop community. Drake and or his ghostwriter then ...
